NM 600 abrasion resistant steel sheet application
Mining, quarrying and earthworks use NM® 600 for truck body liners and rear fender liners subject to sliding wear, chute liners, conveyor skirts, "baby teeth" on bucket lips, screens, silo and pan feeder liners.
NM® 600 is used in industrial process equipment such as crusher knives, hammerheads, discs, edge plates, jaw crusher cheek plates, liners, deflectors, cutter knives, cone crushers, ball mill liners, concrete molds, vertical and horizontal shaft impactor discs and liners, and planer knife rings.
Cement, concrete, steel and energy plants use chutes, hopper liners, vertical mill liners, feeder liners and screens, baffles, split scrapers and guide vanes made from NM® 600.
Forestry equipment made from NM® 600 includes harvester feed rolls, log cleaning paddles and chipper blades.
